Cancelling your order
Each Artemora piece is created especially for you. To ensure every artwork is fresh and crafted with care, production begins only after your order is placed. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has commenced.

However, if you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 2 hours of placing it, and we will be happy to process a full refund.

If your order is placed outside our working hours (11 AM – 8 PM), the 2-hour cancellation window will begin once business hours resume.

Cause for return
As each Artemora piece is made to order, production begins only after your purchase is confirmed. Every artwork undergoes careful quality checks and is securely packaged to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, is incomplete or you receive an incorrect item, we’re here to help. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, and we will assist you with the next steps.

If your order arrives as expected and in perfect condition, we will be unable to accept any returns or replacements. We will only accept returns on products that are damaged, you received an incomplete product or if you received the wrong product.

Returns & Exchanges Process

  • Please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Requests raised beyond this window will not be eligible, and the sale will be considered final.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, the product must be in the same condition as received, with all original packaging intact.

To request a return or exchange:

a. Contact us at info@artemora.in with your order number and the reason for your request
b. Share clear images of the product for our review

Once your request is received, our team will carefully assess it. After the returned product reaches us, it will undergo a quality check. If approved, we will proceed with your exchange or refund accordingly.

Refunds:
For all orders, refunds will be processed to your sourced payment method. The refund may take 7-10 business days to reflect in your account depending on your bank

Exchanges:
Please note that return pickup arrangements are the responsibility of the customer. Once the returned product is received by us, it will undergo a quality check. Upon approval, we will process the exchange, and both the return pickup charges initially borne by the customer and the reshipping charges for the exchanged product will be covered by us.
